　随分前から公開されていたんですね・・・

と言っても、4ヶ月前かな。

MSDN ライブラリの InfoPath 2007 の所には、Technical Articles や Visual How-to Screencasts だけでなく、Training というトピックもあるんですね。
こちらも英語ではありますが・・・

1つ1つが比較的シンプルなものなので、お手軽に InfoPath の勉強には良いかも知れません。　一応、SharePoint 連携も含まれています。

今の所、MSDN ライブラリの日本語版には InfoPath 2007 は無いんですね。　というか、2007 Microsoft Office System については、MOSS 2007 しか無い。
